Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Wash and chop up the Green Cabbage (4 1/2 cups) .
Step 2
In a large skillet or wok, heat up Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) with Garlic (2 cloves) and Red Chili Peppers (2) . Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cabbage and Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) . Stir, then cover with a lid and cook on low heat until cabbage is cooked.
Step 4
Serve this up with Konjac Rice (2 cups) . Add some White Sesame Seeds (to taste) as well for some extra fats and protein.
