In a large saucepan heat up cauliflower rice, Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), Ground Flaxseed (1 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch). Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until thick.
