Wash up the Cauliflower (1 head) and cut off florets.
Pulse florets into a food processor until they turn into “rice”
In a large saucepan heat up cauliflower rice, Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Flaxseed (1 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch). Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until thick.
Remove from the heat and stir in Banana (1/2).
Pour into serving bowl and top it off with Fresh Fruits (to taste), Mixed Seeds (to taste), and Almond Butter (to taste).
