Pour the Steel-Cut Oats (1 cup) and Water (4 cups) in a medium saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are soft.
Step 2
Pour cooked oats into a bowl and top with Almond Milk (1/4 cup) , if desired.
