In a medium bowl, combine the Cream Cheese (4 ounce), Butter (2 tablespoon), Fresh Dill (1 teaspoon), Fresh Chives (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste), and Lemon Juice (1/2 tablespoon). Mix to combine until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on a slice of Rye Bread (10 slice).
Place Smoked Salmon (4 ounce) on top of the cream cheese.
Place the thinly sliced Kirby Cucumber (2) in an even layer over the salmon.
Spread more cream cheese mixture on another slice of bread and place it cream cheese side down over the cucumbers.
Cut the crust off the sandwiches and then cut each sandwich in half and then cut each square on the diagonal.
