One-Pan Pasta

This dish is a revelation. Throw all of your ingredients into one pot over medium-high heat, and about 30 minutes later you'll have a delicious pasta feast.

Linguine

2 1/4 cups

Cherry Tomatoes , halved

or Grape Tomatoes

Red Onion , finely sliced

•

2 tsp

Sea Salt

•

4 cloves

Garlic , thinly sliced

1/4 tsp

Ground Black Pepper

1/2 tsp

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

•

2 sprigs

Fresh Basil

•

4 1/2 cups

Water

•

2 Tbsp

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

•

Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Put the Linguine (12 oz) , Cherry Tomatoes (2 1/4 cups) , Red Onion (1) , Sea Salt (2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) , Garlic (4 cloves) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , and Fresh Basil (2 sprigs) in a large pot.

Pour in the Water (4 1/2 cups) and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, cook for 9 minutes. Using tongs, occasionally lift and move the pasta so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Then turn off the heat.

Give the pasta a few quick tosses, so that any remaining liquid will thicken and then become a sauce.

Top with Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and any remaining basil leaves. This could be paired with a salad or some garlic bread. Enjoy!
