Put the Linguine (12 ounce), Cherry Tomatoes (12 ounce), Red Onion (1), Sea Salt (2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Garlic (4 clove), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 teaspoon), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), and Fresh Basil (2 sprig) in a large pot.
Pour in the Water (4 1/2 cup) and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cook for 9 minutes. Using tongs, occasionally lift and move the pasta so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Then turn off the heat.
Give the pasta a few quick tosses, so that any remaining liquid will thicken and then become a sauce.
Top with Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and any remaining basil leaves. This could be paired with a salad or some garlic bread. Enjoy!
