Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
To make the filling, combine Ricotta Cheese (1 cup) , Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) , Feta Cheese (3/4 cup) , Egg (1) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) , Dried Mint (1 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Place the Phyllo Dough (1) with the long side horizontal and shorter side vertical and slice into 4 equal strips. Cover with a damp tea towel so the pastry does not dry out.
Step 4
Take one strip of phyllo, and brush with Butter (1/4 cup) over. Place a tablespoon of filling in the corner. Fold the strip in a triangle as per the video. Repeat until there is no filling left. Place onto a lightly buttered oven tray.
Step 5
Beat the remaining Egg (1) , and brush over pies. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (2 Tbsp)
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve and enjoy!
