Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
To make the filling, combine
Ricotta Cheese (1 cup)
Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup)
Feta Cheese (3/4 cup)
Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
Dried Mint (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Phyllo Dough (1)
with the long side horizontal and shorter side vertical and slice into 4 equal strips. Cover with a damp tea towel so the pastry does not dry out.
Take one strip of phyllo, and brush with
Butter (1/4 cup)
over. Place a tablespoon of filling in the corner. Fold the strip in a triangle as per the video. Repeat until there is no filling left. Place onto a lightly buttered oven tray.
Beat the remaining
, and brush over pies. Sprinkle with
Sesame Seeds (2 Tbsp)
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve and enjoy!
