Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
To make the filling, combine Ricotta Cheese (250 gram), Mozzarella Cheese (100 gram), Feta Cheese (120 gram), Egg (1), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Dried Mint (1 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Place the Phyllo Dough (1) with the long side horizontal and shorter side vertical and slice into 4 equal strips. Cover with a damp tea towel so the pastry does not dry out.
Take one strip of phyllo, and brush with Butter (60 gram) over. Place a tablespoon of filling in the corner. Fold the strip in a triangle as per the video. Repeat until there is no filling left. Place onto a lightly buttered oven tray.
Beat the remaining Egg (1), and brush over pies. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (2 tablespoon)
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve and enjoy!
