Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Arugula (8 cups) in large salad bowl. Top with sliced Peaches (6), Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 Tbsp) and Walnuts (1/2 cup).
2.
In a small bowl, whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Honey (1 tsp), Lemon (1), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp) and Sea Salt (1 pinch) until emulsified.
3.
Pour dressing over top of salad and toss, just before serving. Enjoy!
