Step 1
Place Arugula (8 cups) in large salad bowl. Top with sliced Peaches (6) , Crumbled Feta Cheese (1/4 cup) and Walnuts (1/2 cup) .
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup) , Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp) , Honey (1 tsp) , Lemon (1) , Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp) and Sea Salt (1 pinch) until emulsified.
Step 3
Pour dressing over top of salad and toss, just before serving. Enjoy!
