Place Arugula (8 cup) in large salad bowl. Top with sliced Peach (6), Crumbled Feta Cheese (1/4 cup) and Walnut (1/2 cup).
In a small bowl, whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), Dijon Mustard (1 tablespoon), Honey (1 teaspoon), Lemon (1), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 teaspoon) and Sea Salt (1 pinch) until emulsified.
Pour dressing over top of salad and toss, just before serving. Enjoy!
