Slice the Mozzarella Cheese (8 ounce) into thin sticks.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cup) and Dried Oregano (2 teaspoon). Mix to combine.
Crack and whisk Egg (2) in another bowl. Pour All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) in another bowl.
Coat the mozzarella cheese sticks in flour, then in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs. Double coat with egg and breadcrumbs. Do this for each mozzarella stick and freeze for at least 15 minutes before frying.
In a frying pan, heat up canola oil. Fry mozzarella cheese sticks in batches, about 1 minute each.
Drain on paper towels and serve with sauce of choice.
