Pineapples (1/4 cup)
ensuring all the core and peel has been removed.
Rinse thoroughly and roughly chop the
Kale (1 cup)
into the blender.
Yogurt (1/2 cup)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Honey (2 Tbsp)
into the blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for eight hours or overnight.
To remove, run hot water over the outside of the molds until the popsicles can slide out. Serve the Kale Pineapple Popsicles and enjoy!
