Butter , softened

Large Eggs
1 tsp
Baking Soda
1 tsp
Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon Sugar
1/2 Tbsp
Ground Cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line couple of baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 cups) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Cream of Tartar (1 tsp) and Salt (1/4 tsp) . Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, cream together the Butter (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) until fluffy. Add Eggs (2) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) and mix until well combined.
Step 4
Add flour mixture and mix until a cookie dough is formed.
Step 5
In a small bowl mix together Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 6
Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop cookie dough and roll into small balls. Drop into cinnamon sugar and place on the cookie sheet.
Step 7
If you want flatter cookies, press down in the center of each cookie ball. Bake for 10-11 Minutes. Let them cool on the baking sheet before removing from pan, then serve.
