In a large mixing bowl whisk together the Quinoa Flour (1 1/2 cups), Dark Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), and Salt (as needed) to form the dry mixture.

In another bowl combine the Vanilla Almond Milk (1 1/2 cups), Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Eggs (4), and Vanilla Extract (as needed) and whisk that together thoroughly to form the wet mixture.

Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently whisk it all together until you have a smooth batter.

Switch to a rubber spatula and fold in the Apple (1). Set the batter aside and preheat your waffle iron.

Spray the waffle iron with Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) to just lightly grease it so the waffle doesn't stick.

Pour about a quarter of the batter into the bottom half of the hot iron. There should be just enough to cover that bottom half of the iron. Close the iron and let the waffle cook for 5 minutes. Be sure to check the instructions of your specific waffle iron for best results.

Take it out when it's done and set it aside on a plate with a tent of foil to keep it hot, then repeat with the rest of the batter until you have 4 waffles total.
