In the bowl of a food processor, combine the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Corn Starch (1/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/4 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 1/4 tsp). Pulse a few times to mix.
