Cooking Instructions
1.
Clean Broccoli Florets (1 1/2 cups). Cut and separate the florets. If the florets are big in size make it small.
2.
In a bowl add Chickpea Flour (1 cup), Rice Flour (1 Tbsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), Asafoetida (1 tsp), and Baking Soda (1/4 tsp). Add water and make a semi thick batter.
3.
Heat Oil (as needed) for frying.

Dip each floret in the prepared batter and drop into hot oil. Fry them well. When done drain them into kitchen paper.
5.
Serve hot with ketchup and/or mint chutney. Enjoy!
