Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Clean Broccoli Florets (1 1/2 cups) . Cut and separate the florets. If the florets are big in size make it small.
Step 2
In a bowl add Chickpea Flour (1 cup) , Rice Flour (1 Tbsp) , Chili Powder (1 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , Asafoetida (1 tsp) , and Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) . Add water and make a semi thick batter.
Step 3
Heat Oil (as needed) for frying.
Step 4
Dip each floret in the prepared batter and drop into hot oil. Fry them well. When done drain them into kitchen paper.
Step 5
Serve hot with ketchup and/or mint chutney. Enjoy!
