Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Break Cauliflower (1 head) up into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Toss cauliflower, Cayenne Hot Sauce (1/2 cup) , Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 Tbsp) and Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) together in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Bake on a sheet pan at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Stir cauliflower half way through.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite condiments.
