Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Break Cauliflower (1 head) up into bite-sized pieces.
Toss cauliflower, Cayenne Hot Sauce (1/2 cup), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Garlic (1 tablespoon) and Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon) together in a large mixing bowl.
Bake on a sheet pan at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Stir cauliflower half way through.
Serve with your favorite condiments.
