Cooking Instructions
1.
In a food processor pulse Walnuts (1/2 cup) and Garlic (1 clove) until fine.
2.
Add the Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (1 cup), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (4 Tbsp), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp) and pulse again until incorporated.
3.
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup) slowly and continue to pulse until smooth.
4.
Serve with your favorite dipping ingredients such as Mixed Vegetables (to taste) or Bread (to taste).
