Slowly incorporate Water (1/3 cup) into Tomato Paste (1/2 can) by stirring in a little by little (this will prevent clumps in the sauce).

Stir into this mixture the Orange (1), Apple Cider Vinegar (3 Tbsp) and Hot Sauce (1/2 tsp).

Pre-heat grill to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Meanwhile, generously Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) each side of the Chicken Wings (2 lb).
