Step 1
Cut off the florets on the
Cauliflower (2 cups)
and steam it for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the
Fresh Spinach (1 cup)
and place them in the steamer for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cauliflower, spinach,
Garlic (1 clove)
,
Tahini (1 Tbsp)
, juice from
Lemon (1)
,
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Cayenne Pepper (1 dash)
in the food processor.
Step 4
Pure until smooth. Add some tablespoon of water if necessary.
Step 5
Serve with
Mixed Vegetables (to taste)
or
Pita Bread (to taste)
and enjoy!
