Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Step 2
Place the
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (2 1/4 cups)
in a container and sprinkle the
Stevia (1 1/2 Tbsp)
. Mix, then set aside.
Step 3
Whisk the whites of the
Eggs (2)
until frothy, then add the stevia and coconut mixture. Mix until the flakes are coated.
Step 4
Spread the flakes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove every 5 minutes to stir to ensure that they're evenly browned and crispy in the end.
Step 5
Once done, leave the oven off and leave the oven door open slightly. Let the flakes dry out for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. These flakes must be kept in an air tight container and they’ll keep for up to 2 weeks. Serve with your desired milk.
