Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Slice 1/4 of the Linguiça Sausages (1.5 lb) thin rounds – the rest into a quarter inch dice.
Step 2
Put half of the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large Dutch oven or heavy pot over medium heat. Sauté the sausage, rounds only, for 1 to 2 minutes until they are nicely browned. Transfer to a small plate and set aside.
