I thought why stick to only noodles so I gave the vermicelli recipe a twist from the regular onion-tomato version and created the Chinese version of vermicelli. Check out the recipe.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Boil the Vermicelli Noodles (3 cups) according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain excess water and set aside.
2.
Add Oil (2 Tbsp) to a pan. Once the oil is hot, add Green Chili Pepper (1), Green Cabbage (1/2 cup), Carrots (1/2 cup), Bell Peppers (4 Tbsp), and Onion (1). Mix and saute it for 5 minutes.
3.
Add the cooked noodles, Chings Noodles Masala (3 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), and Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp). Mix everything well and cook it for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
4.
Turn off heat and serve immediately.
