Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce
Yellow Bell Peppers
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Place a mixing bowl into a bigger bowl filled with ice. Pour very cold Tomato Juice (5 cups), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), juice from Lemons (1 1/4), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (6 dashes), Garlic (1 clove), Salt (to taste), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) into the mixing bowl.
Lightly whisk the mixture. Use a ladle and spoon juice mix into chilled soup bowls.
In each soup bowl, place half of each of Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup), Cucumbers (1 cup), Yellow Bell Peppers (1/2 cup), Radishes (1/2 cup), Red Onions (1/4 cup), Jalapeño Peppers (to taste), and Fresh Cilantro (to taste).
