Step 1
Place a mixing bowl into a bigger bowl filled with ice. Pour very cold Tomato Juice (5 cups) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup) , Lemons (1/4 cup) , Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (6 dashes) , Garlic (1 clove) , Salt (to taste) , and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) into the mixing bowl.
Step 2
Lightly whisk the mixture. Use a ladle and spoon juice mix into chilled soup bowls.
Step 3
In each soup bowl, place half of each of Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup) , Cucumbers (1 cup) , Yellow Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) , Radishes (1/2 cup) , Red Onions (1/4 cup) , Jalapeño Peppers (to taste) , and Fresh Cilantro (to taste) .
Step 4
Serve immediately.
