In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the
Ground Beef (1 lb)
Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (1 can)
Diced Tomatoes (2 cans)
Corn (1 can)
Chili Beans (1 can)
(DO NOT DRAIN), and
Red Kidney Beans (1 can)
, along with
Taco Seasoning (1/3 cup)
Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (1/3 cup)
in a large slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for about 4-6 hours. Because all slow cookers cook a little differently, adjust as necessary for your slow cooker or crockpot.
Ten minutes before serving, add
Cream Cheese (1 pckg)
that has been cut into chunks. Stir after five minutes and again before serving.
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to taste)
Sour Cream (to taste)
Corn Chips (to taste)
Scallions (to taste)
