Add Garlic (2 cloves), Apple Cider Vinegar (4 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Dried Ginger (1 tsp), Ground Allspice (as needed), and Salt (to taste) to a pot. Heat the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
