Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Rub Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp) on the Tyson® Chicken Legs (6) and then top with a pinch of black pepper. Let sit for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
After washing and draining the White Rice (2 cups) put it into the rice cooker. Add the Chicken Stock (3 cups) , Fresh Ginger (1 in) , Garlic (3 cloves) , and Pandan Leaves (3) . Arrange the chicken drumsticks over the rice. Turn on the rice cooker and let it cook.
Step 3
When the rice cooker shuts off, remove the lid and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the kitchen from the rice cooker and fluffy the rice with a fork or a pair of chopsticks. Serve the rice with chicken and some Hot Sauce (to taste) . Garnish with Scallions (to taste) .
