Carefully slice the Seed Bread (1 loaf) into 5 even layers using a sharp bread knife or cake-wire.
Place the bottom layer of the "cake" on a serving dish.
Being assembling the layers by generously spreading the bread with part of the Butter (1/2 cup).
Spread a layer of Mayonnaise (3 tablespoon) on top of the butter.
Place a layer of Ham (8 ounce) on top.
Cover with the second "cake" layer.
Spread another layer of butter and Yellow Mustard (1 teaspoon).
Top with shredded Iceberg Lettuce (8)
Cover with the third "cake" layer.
Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream cheese and Yellow Mustard (1 teaspoon) on the bread. Top with a layer of White Cheddar Cheese (4 ounce).
Butter the top layer of the cake with butter.
Carefully place on top and firmly press down to secure the layers.
Frost with as much Whipped Cream Cheese (2 cup) and make sure to cover liberally.
Decorate the sides of the cake with Multi-Colored Sprouts (to taste) and decorate the top of the cake with Edible Flowers (to taste).
