Step 1
In a large skillet, melt
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)
over medium-heat.

Next, add the
Napa Cabbage (1/2 head)

Saute the cabbage until caramelized about 7 minutes. Remove from skillet.

Place four slices of
Rye Bread (8 slices)
on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Top each slice with
Corned Beef Brisket (1 lb)

Irish White Cheddar Cheese (4 slices)
, and cabbage.
Step 7
Place baking sheet under broiler until cheese has melted and the sandwich has warmed through.
Step 8
Remove sheet from oven and top with remaining slices of bread. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
