Step 1
Grab some
Shrimp (12.5 oz)
, rinse them and path them dry.
Step 2
In a skillet place
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
, turn on to medium heat.
Step 3
Add the shrimps, season with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the
White Wine (1/2 cup)
and let it evaporate on medium-high heat.
Step 5
Meanwhile wash the
Zucchini (2)
.
Step 6
Shred them into noodles.
Step 7
Add them to the shrimps and stir on low heat for a few minutes. You want the zucchini to be slightly cooked but not smashed.
Step 8
Add some
Fresh Mint (to taste)
and plate it. Enjoy!
