Grab some Shrimp (350 gram), rinse them and path them dry.
In a skillet place Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) and Garlic (2 clove), turn on to medium heat.
Add the shrimps, season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and cook for about 10 minutes.
Pour in the White Wine (1/2 cup) and let it evaporate on medium-high heat.
Meanwhile wash the Zucchini (2).
Shred them into noodles.
Add them to the shrimps and stir on low heat for a few minutes. You want the zucchini to be slightly cooked but not smashed.
Add some Fresh Mint (to taste) and plate it. Enjoy!
