in a 9-inch (24cm) pie dish. Cut excess dough around the edge, and prick pastry all over with a fork.
Custard Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Apple Compote (1 1/3 cups)
Peel, quarter and core the
. Then cut the quarters into 5mm-thick slices.
Spread the apple compote over the bottom of the pie. Fan out the apple slices on top of the compote. Drizzle the
Honey (2 Tbsp)
on the tart and sprinkle with
Granulated Sugar (3 Tbsp)
Bake on shelf level 2 on the 'Bottom Grill' program at 200 degrees C (390 degrees F) for 40 minutes.
Serve the tart warm with a scoop of
Caramel Ice Cream (to taste)
