Step 1
Prepare
Assorted Seafood (1 cup)

Scallions (1 bunch)
that are cut into 4-inch long pieces,
Red Chili Pepper (1)
and
Green Chili Pepper (1)
draining the excess water. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
,
Rice Powder (1/4 cup)
,
Potatoes (1 Tbsp)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
, minced
Garlic (1 clove)
, minced
Fresh Ginger (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 3
Stir in
Water (1 1/2 cups)
and
Egg (1)
and mix lightly.
Step 4
Mix in the seafood and vegetables.
Step 5
Heat
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
in a non-stick pan over medium heat, ladle the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly into a thin round shape.
Step 6
Cook until the bottom is golden brown (3 to 4 minutes) and turn it over, adding more oil, press it down with a spatula, and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
