Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Prepare Assorted Seafood (1 cup), Scallion (1 bunch) that are cut into 4-inch long pieces, Red Chili Pepper (1) and Green Chili Pepper (1) draining the excess water. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Rice Powder (1/4 cup), Potato (1 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), minced Garlic (1 clove), minced Fresh Ginger (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Step 3
Stir in Water (1 1/2 cup) and Egg (1) and mix lightly.
Step 4
Mix in the seafood and vegetables.
Step 5
Heat Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoon) in a non-stick pan over medium heat, ladle the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly into a thin round shape.
Step 6
Cook until the bottom is golden brown (3 to 4 minutes) and turn it over, adding more oil, press it down with a spatula, and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 7
Serve and Enjoy!
