Step 1
In the clay mortar and pestle, mash the Thai Chili Peppers (2) and Garlic (1 clove) .
Step 2
Shred the Fresh Papaya (1) using a mandoline. Also shred Mango (1) and Carrot (1) .
Step 3
Put a handful of shredded vegetable and fruit into the mortar and pestle and mix. Then mash together the remainder of the papaya and Cherry Tomatoes (10) . Add the Fish Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Lime (1) , Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) , and mash together.
Step 4
Add crushed Peanuts (10) on top for extra texture. Serve cold.
