In the clay mortar and pestle, mash the

Put a handful of shredded vegetable and fruit into the mortar and pestle and mix. Then mash together the remainder of the papaya and

. Add the
Fish Sauce (1 Tbsp)

Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)
, and mash together.
Step 4
Add crushed
Peanuts (10)
on top for extra texture. Serve cold.
