Mix Tomato Paste (1 tablespoon), Ketchup (2 tablespoon), Garlic (2 clove), Yellow Mustard (3/4 tablespoon), Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Dried Oregano (1 tablespoon), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Yogurt (2 tablespoon), Paprika (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) in a bowl.
Combine marinade with Boneless Skinless Chicken (1 pound) and mix well. Make sure you coat all the pieces. Marinate for at least half an hour or overnight.
Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Skewer the chicken and grill in the oven or on the grill until cooked through. Time will depend on the size of chicken pieces. Check after 10 minutes and see if they are white all the way through.
Serve with Pita Bread (to taste) and middle eastern garlic sauce if desired. Enjoy!
