Pork is underrated when it comes to burgers - but move over beef! Ground pork is mixed with scallions and sesame oil to make this juicy, flavorful pork burger patties. Topped with a zesty Sriracha spicy mayo, this will be a sure hit for lunch grub or weeknight dinner. We served ours with a lettuce "bun".
