Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Monterey Jack Cheese
Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Pizza Dough (1) on floured surface.
2.
Press and roll into desired shape.
3.
Brush with half of the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp).
4.
Place on grill, oiled side down. Grill on a medium heat for five minutes.
5.
Brush remaining Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) on top side.
6.
Add Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup).
7.
Tear the Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1) into pieces and spread it over the cheese.
8.
Layer Purple Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), Red Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), Yellow Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), and Green Grape Tomatoes (1 cup) onto the pizza in an ombre pattern.
9.
Tear Fresh Basil (1 cup) into pieces and put on top of tomatoes.
10.
Cook for another 3 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
