Place Pizza Dough (1) on floured surface.
Press and roll into desired shape.
Brush with half of the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon).
Place on grill, oiled side down. Grill on a medium heat for five minutes.
Brush remaining Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) on top side.
Add Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup).
Tear the Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1) into pieces and spread over the Monterey Jack.
Layer sliced Purple Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), Red Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), Green Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), and Yellow Green Tomato (1 cup) onto pizza in an ombre pattern.
Tear Fresh Basil (1 cup) into pieces and put on top of tomatoes.
Cook for another 3 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
