Cooking Instructions

Place Pizza Dough (1) on floured surface.
Step 2
Press and roll into desired shape.
Step 3
Brush with half of the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) .
Step 4
Place on grill, oiled side down. Grill on a medium heat for five minutes.
Step 5
Brush remaining Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) on top side.
Step 6
Add Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup) .
Step 7
Tear the Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1) into pieces and spread over the Monterey Jack.
Step 8
Layer sliced Purple Grape Tomatoes (1 cup) , Red Grape Tomatoes (1 cup) , Green Grape Tomatoes (1 cup) , and Yellow Green Tomatoes (1 cup) onto pizza in an ombre pattern.
Step 9
Tear Fresh Basil (1 cup) into pieces and put on top of tomatoes.
Step 10
Cook for another 3 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
