Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, melt the Butter (1/2 cup) and 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) together until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Egg (2), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), and Brown Sugar (1/4 cup). Add the chocolate mixture, All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup), and Baking Soda (1/4 teaspoon) and mix until combined. Stir in Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
Pour batter into a greased 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking pan. Drizzle with Caramel Sauce (2 tablespoon) and sprinkle with Pretzel Sticks (1/3 cup), Pecans (1/3 cup), and Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup).
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, then let cool for a few minutes and serve.
