Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place pre made Pizza Dough (1) on a floured surface.
Step 2
Press and roll into desired shape.
Step 3
Brush half of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) onto top of crust.
Step 4
Place dough onto grill, oiled side down. Grill for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Step 5
Brush remaining Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) onto top of crust and spread Basil Pesto (1 cup) onto oiled dough.
Step 6
Top pesto with Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup) .
Step 7
Add Cooked Bacon (4 pieces) .
Step 8
Carefully crack Eggs (3) onto the pizza, one at a time. Add Kosher Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 9
Close lid of grill and let cook for another 5 minutes, until the egg whites have cooked through.
Step 10
Serve and enjoy!
