Place pre made Pizza Dough (1) on a floured surface.
Press and roll into desired shape.
Brush half of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) onto top of crust.
Place dough onto grill, oiled side down. Grill for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Brush remaining Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) onto top of crust and spread Basil Pesto (1 cup) onto oiled dough.
Top pesto with Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup).
Add Cooked Bacon (4 piece).
Carefully crack Egg (3) onto the pizza, one at a time. Add Kosher Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Close lid of grill and let cook for another 5 minutes, until the egg whites have cooked through.
