1/4 cup

Mayonnaise
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Author's Notes

For colder months, try baking the dip! Mix all ingredients in a bowl (it helps to soften the cream cheese beforehand), then top with ¼ cup Mozzarella and bake in a square baking dish in a 350 degree F (175 degrees C) preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine Frozen Spinach (1 cup) and Artichoke Hearts Packed in Water (1 1/2 cups) over medium heat, frying for 1 minute.
Step 2
Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Add the Cream Cheese (1 cup) and stir until melted.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and stir in the Sour Cream (1/4 cup) , Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp) . Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 4
Serve while it’s still warm, or reheat before serving. Great with crackers, bread, or low-carb options like veggie sticks.
