Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip

5
4 ratings
Fun fact: Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip is the most popular party dip out there and super easy to throw together! It’s also very keto-friendly if anyone’s asking, just make sure to use keto-friendly mayonnaise - some store bought options will have sneaky sugars in there.

Author's Notes

For colder months, try baking the dip! Mix all ingredients in a bowl (it helps to soften the cream cheese beforehand), then top with ¼ cup Mozzarella and bake in a square baking dish in a 350 degree F (175 degrees C) preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
In a small saucepan, combine Frozen Spinach (1 cup) and Artichoke Hearts Packed in Water (1 1/2 cups) over medium heat, frying for 1 minute.
step 2
Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Add the Cream Cheese (1 cup) and stir until melted.
step 3
Remove from the heat and stir in the Sour Cream (1/4 cup), Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 tsp), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp). Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
step 4
Serve while it’s still warm, or reheat before serving. Great with crackers, bread, or low-carb options like veggie sticks.
