Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Scrub the Potato (2) and stab them several times with a fork. That’s for steam to escape, otherwise you risk a potato explosion in your oven.
Step 2
Rub the potatoes with a little Oil (to taste) and salt. Drizzle Garlic (1 head) with a little oil.
Step 3
Bake them together for about an hour at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 4
Meanwhile, sauté Onion (1) until they are as dark as you like (anything from golden yellow to deep caramel brown- depends on how patient you are).
Step 5
Add Garlic (2 clove) and Mushroom (500 gram). Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste), Sweet Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Fresh Oregano (to taste), Dried Mixed Herbs (1 teaspoon), and anything else you like.
Step 6
When the potatoes are done wait a second and carefully slice one open. Don’t cut it all the way through.
Step 7
Squeeze out a couple of golden cloves from the baked garlic and use a butter knife to rub them into a creamy paste inside the potato.
Step 8
Spoon a generous amount of onion and mushroom mixture into the baked potato. Serve and enjoy!
