Blend the Tomato (1 pound) with Water (1 cup). Put blended tomatoes into a pot.
Add the Tomato Paste (2 tablespoon) and boil until it turns into a bright red sauce, around 15 minutes. Taste and add Granulated Sugar (to taste).
In another pot, sauté the Onion (1) until translucent. Then add the Garlic (2 clove) and sauté another 30 seconds so it doesn't burn.
Add Oil (1 tablespoon), Ground Beef (1 pound), Salt and Pepper (to taste), Ground Cinnamon (to taste), and Fresh Oregano (to taste).
Brown meat for around ten minutes.
Add tomato sauce to meat.
Simmer for around 30 minutes being careful to add water accordingly. You could let it cook longer on lower heat. Feel free to do plenty of taste testing.
Serve with Spaghetti (to taste) and enjoy!
