Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Blend the Tomatoes (2 1/2 cups) with Water (1 cup) . Put blended tomatoes into a pot.
Step 2
Add the Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp) and boil until it turns into a bright red sauce, around 15 minutes. Taste and add Granulated Sugar (to taste) .
Step 3
In another pot, sauté the Onion (1) until translucent. Then add the Garlic (2 cloves) and sauté another 30 seconds so it doesn't burn.
Step 4
Add Oil (1 Tbsp) , Ground Beef (1 lb) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Ground Cinnamon (to taste) , and Fresh Oregano (to taste) .
Step 5
Brown meat for around ten minutes.
Step 6
Add tomato sauce to meat.
Step 7
Simmer for around 30 minutes being careful to add water accordingly. You could let it cook longer on lower heat. Feel free to do plenty of taste testing.
Step 8
Serve with Spaghetti (to taste) and enjoy!
