Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Step 2
Slice Tomatoes (8) into thin slices.
Step 3
Put sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet. Add Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp) , Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) . Toss it together till all tomato slices are evenly coated with oil.
Step 4
Roast tomatoes in the oven for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Puree roasted tomatoes them in the blender with roasted Garlic (1 clove) until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
