Step 1
Dice the
Green Bell Pepper (1)
. Dice the
Onion (1)
. Chop the
Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp)
. Mince the
Garlic (1 clove)

Step 2
Sauté Onion, Green Pepper, and Garlic in
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
until soft. Add these to a crock pot.
Step 3
Brown
Ground Beef (2 lb)
in a pan on the stove. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp)
. Add this meat to the crock pot.
Step 4
Add
Canned Red Kidney Beans (2 1/3 cups)
,
Chili Powder (3 Tbsp)
,
Ro-Tel® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (2 3/4 cups)
, Green Pepper,
Chili Beans (2 1/2 cups)
,
Ground Cumin (2 Tbsp)
, and
Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 Tbsp)
. Chopped jalapeños can be added for heat, but be careful they are spicy!
Step 5
Cook in a crock pot for a minimum of 2 hours on high.
Step 6
Serve the chili with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream, crackers, etc.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
