Step 1
For the filling, whisk the
100% Pumpkin Purée (1 cup)

Egg (1)

GOYA® Coconut Milk (1/3 cup)

Honey (1 Tbsp)
,
Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
and
Coconut Cream (1/3 cup)
together, then blend to a smooth texture.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring the mixture to a gentle boil on very low heat, stirring until it starts to thicken.
Step 3
Pour into serving classes and refrigerate for a few hours. Before serving, top it off with a dust of ground cinnamon and a spoonful of coconut cream if desired.
