For the filling, whisk the 100% Pumpkin Purée (1 cup), Egg (1), Coconut Milk (1/3 cup), Honey (1 Tbsp), Ground Ginger (as needed), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Ground Nutmeg (as needed) and Coconut Cream (1/3 cup) together, then blend to a smooth texture.

In a saucepan, bring the mixture to a gentle boil on very low heat, stirring until it starts to thicken.

Pour into serving classes and refrigerate for a few hours. Before serving, top it off with a dust of ground cinnamon and a spoonful of coconut cream if desired.
