Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook Ground Turkey (1 pound) until no longer pink.
Meanwhile, add Onion (1) and Bell Pepper (1) to a large pot and sauté until soft, then add the browned turkey meat.
To the same pot, add Crushed Tomatoes (1 can), Black Beans (1 can), Green Chili Pepper (1 can), Chili Powder (1 1/2 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 tablespoon), Garlic Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Bring to a boil, decrease heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Chili is ready to go and delicious after 30 minutes, but the leftover chili (after the seasonings have had a chance to meld) is amazing. Garnish with toppings of choice and enjoy!
