This tangy coleslaw makes an awesome side dish. It's a nice contrast between sweet and sour and great with grilled or broiled meats.

, drained, rinsed

Cooking Instructions
1.
Roughly chop the Red Cabbage (1), Fresh Parsley (1 bunch) and Red Onion (1/2).
2.
Mix everything together in a bowl with the White Beans (1 can).
3.
Add Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Right before you eat, squeeze juice from the Lemon (1) over the top. Ready to eat!
