Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Into large bowl, add in the Almond Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Salt (as needed), and Ground White Pepper (as needed). Mix everything well, then add in the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), and Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup).

Mix it all well, and then add in Sour Cream (1/2 cup) along with the Egg (1). Mix until it forms a sticky dough. Mix everything together well until you have a thick sticky dough.

Oil a muffin tray with the Butter (4 Tbsp), and then place the mixture into the cups. Flatten out using a wet fork or knife.
5.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
6.
Serve warm with butter.
